1 How do I order?
We recommend placing orders on our site because online orders receive priority processing. Our team offers FREE DEMO wherein your selected rugs can be brought to your location. Kindly let us know by either giving us a call or scheduling on our website.
2 What does "Free Demo" mean?
To better provide great service and help you select the perfect area rug, ur team offers FREE DEMO wherein we bring your selected area rugs to your location. These are then unpacked and laid out on the floor for your personal viewing. This is a complimentary service we provide our clients.
3 Do you customize?
Yes we can customize size and design. Let us know by sending us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
4How will my orders get shipped?
All orders are shipped from our warehouses Quezon City, Metro Manila. Our most economic and efficient partner for orders outside Metro Manila is AP Cargo. For orders within Metro Manila, items will be delivered by our inhouse vehicle. If you prefer your own carrier, let us know.
5 What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
No returns will be accepted without Decoliving's prior approval. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at sender's expense. Decoliving will not accept returned merchandise beyond 7 days.
6 Where is your showroom?
We currently have two locations: Quezon City is our office & warehouse open Monday to Friday. You may also visit our showroom located at MC Home Depot BGC.
7 What are your recommended care instructions?
Professional cleaning methods recommended. Please use proper rug pad for safety of your rug and underlying surfaces.
8 What is our Delivery Policy?
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
